This is the ongoing version of the Inner Steadiness work, designed for women who don’t just want a single session of support, but a consistent space to return to each week.

Through weekly 60‑minute private sessions, we begin to build something deeper than a one-time reset. Instead of starting over each time, we stay in conversation with your body, your life, and your inner landscape as it evolves. The work becomes more precise, more intuitive, and more supportive over time.

What you receive:

  • A one-time intake to understand your body, context, and intentions.
  • Four 60‑minute private sessions per month (Zoom), tailored to how you’re arriving each week.
  • Ongoing refinement of your practice based on what we observe together over time.
  • Simple follow-up guidance after sessions with realistic practices that build upon each other to support continuity between sessions.
